It all begins with an idea.
How can we preserve a piece of history while supporting our community?
We started with the preservation and repurposing of the Fellows Gear Shaper factory to bring new life into the facility while providing the perfect commercial space for future and existing tenants, which include the Springfield Health Center (Medical), Vermont Adult Learning, and Visiting Nurses (health/hospice agency).
We’re actively refitting the remaining vacant space to support new tenants. Our vision will become fully realized with the construction and launch the planned 162-Unit Senior Living Facility on the neighboring lot at 5 Pearl Street. This facility will add much needed Senior care and housing for the area while creating a diverse intergenerational campus just steps away from the thriving downtown area of Springfield VT.
