Honesty, Integrity & Trust

We believe honesty, integrity and trust guide all our decisions and actions. Honesty guides the words we use and how we use them.  Integrity is embodied in our actions with steadfast adherence to a strict moral and ethical code.  Trust is the reliance we establish with our people, decisions and commitment to quality. We believe modeling these traits needs to be reflected in how we build relationships, conduct business and make decisions.

Empowerment-02-01.png

Empowerment & Teamwork

By definition, empowerment is about valuing team members and giving them the information and tools, they need to achieve results. Everyone must display high integrity, or it will never work. (We value our team members and give them the information and tools, they need to achieve outstanding results) We encourage teamwork by rewarding our team members for making our organization stronger and enriching the lives of our residents. Our culture, environment and programming encourage and empower our team members to think and act both independently and as empowered members of a winning team.
