ICP is deeply engaged in debt financing for both ICP Springfield and Creekside Estates (ICP Stratford). With formidable market conditions, including interest rates 4-5x where we were 1-2 years ago, ICP has viable funding options for both projects and we expect to secure the necessary debt this quarter.
